Your privacy, in plain English
We collect as little as we can get away with. This page explains exactly what that is, why we have it, and how to make us delete it.
The short version
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers. There are no accounts to create and no payments taken on this website. The only personal information we ask for is what you type into our contact form, and we use it to reply to you.
Who we are
Solvence is a web design and IT support company based in Dallas-Fort Worth, working with clients across the United States. If you have any question about this policy or want your information removed, email [email protected] or call (940) 277-9737.
When you send us an enquiry
Our contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use it for one thing: to read your enquiry and reply to it.
- The message is delivered to our own inbox by email. We use Resend to send it and Google Workspace to receive it.
- Your email address is set as the reply address so we can answer you directly.
- The form has a hidden field that real people never see. It is there to catch automated spam, and nothing typed into it is used for anything else.
- Enquiries stay in our email inbox. If you want yours deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics tools, and between them they tell us how many people visited and which pages they read. That is all we are trying to find out.
- Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, roughly where in the world they are, and which pages they use. It does set cookies on your device and it collects usage data. Google explains what it collects and how it uses it here: How Google uses information from sites that use our services.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and tells us which pages are slow. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint you or follow you to other websites.
We also record when someone clicks our phone number or email address, or successfully sends the contact form. We record only that it happened. We never send your name, your email address, your phone number, or your message to Google.
Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details in order to serve the pages and to protect the site from attacks and bots. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for that security.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run remarketing or ad personalization.
Who else can see your information
Only the companies that help us run the site and our email, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website and provides our privacy-first analytics.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics, and Google Workspace, where our business email lives.
- Resend, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Existing clients and payments
No payments are taken on this website. When you pay us, we send you an invoice or a payment link directly, and the payment itself happens on our payment provider's own secure system, not here.
Asking us to delete your information
Email [email protected] and ask. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to be a client. We will confirm once it is done.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or which services we use, we will update this page and change the date below.
